At Arizona Sunshine Angels, we believe every child deserves to feel valued and cherished on their special day, and we make it a priority to ensure they experience a birthday they’ll never forget.
Each child in our program receives a personalized birthday celebration designed just for them. They are gifted a heartfelt birthday card with $10 inside, allowing them to treat themselves to something special. As part of their celebration, they also get to pick their favorite food or restaurant, giving them the chance to enjoy a meal that brings them joy.
Thanks to the generosity of For Goodness Cakes, they also receive a homemade birthday cake made to their exact wishes—whether they dream of a superhero cake, a princess theme, or something completely unique. Additionally, our wonderful partners at Foster Alliance provide a thoughtfully decorated gift bag filled with gifts, making the celebration even more meaningful.
These birthday surprises may seem small, but to a foster child, they make a world of difference. They help build confidence, create joyful memories, and remind each child that they are seen, loved, and worthy of celebration.
